How do I inquire about custom merch for my business?

We’re excited you would like to work with us! Please fill out the “Design Request” form and we’ll get to work on 1-3 rough drafts per product. Once they’re done, we’ll send you pictures or samples and await your approval. Design and revisions are free of charge, you only pay for the final product.

How long will it be before I receive my merch?

Design and revisions take approximately 2-3 days from order submission. Once approved, delivery will depend on the size of the order and selected delivery option.

Order Size

As a general rule of the thumb, every 30 items take approximately one business day to complete. Large bulk orders (more than 150 items) will be treated as priorities to ensure you get your products in a timely manner.

If you have concerns about how long your order will take, please let us know. We offer rush services and are always happy to work out special arrangements depending the circumstances of the order.

Delivery

Local shipping is free, but usually takes 2-3 business days. We mail all orders as soon as possible. We often encourage our courier service, meaning we drop off the package ourselves at your place of business at whatever time you prefer. This is usually the fastest and most convenient option.

How much is shipping?

Local shipping and courier services are free. If you need long-distance shipping, we will provide you a quote before invoicing.
